How much are memberships?
Memberships are annual with two installment options, monthly and yearly. Monthly membership installments start at a minimum of $5/month. Yearly membership installments start at a minimum of $39/year.
How many memberships can I have?
Individuals can have up to 10 memberships with different chapters. National Supporter is considered a chapter.
How do I add members to my family membership?
Up to nine family members can be added to your family membership via your personal dashboard. Go to “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button to add family members.
How do I join Singletrack Society?
Under the "Donate" button in the menu, navigate to "Singletrack Society."
How do I update my credit card information?
Credit card information can be updated for auto-renew memberships via personal dashboard Go to “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button. Find the chapter you’d like to update credit card details for, and click “Update Billing Details.”
How do I renew my membership?
Memberships can be renewed directly from the member’s personal dashboard (https://www.imba.com/dashboard/) under “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button. Auto renew memberships will automatically be renewed 1 day before membership expiration.
How do I cancel my auto renew membership?
Memberships that are on auto renewal can be canceled via personal dashboard (https://www.imba.com/dashboard/) under “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button. For memberships that are paid monthly, you can cancel your monthly installment and then cancel your membership.
I receive emails about my membership monthly, how do I make them stop?
We changed the structure of our monthly membership. It is now an annual membership with monthly installments. In order to stop receiving monthly expiration and renewal emails, please cancel your monthly subscription and re-join. Memberships that are on auto renewal can be canceled via personal dashboard (https://www.imba.com/dashboard) under “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button. For memberships that are paid monthly, you can cancel your monthly installment and then cancel your membership.
Where can I find my paperless membership packet?
Paperless membership packets can be downloaded under “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button. It is located directly above the “Renew Now” button.
How do I login?
Navigate to “Supporter Log In” on the imba.com menu. If you don’t know your password, this is also where you can reset it. If you don’t know the email associated with your current or previous membership, contact us at membership@imba.com with your chapter information.
Can I change my auto-renewal amount?
Auto-renewal amounts can only be changed by canceling the current auto-renewal and starting a new one with a different amount. Credit card information can be updated for auto-renew memberships via personal dashboard (https://www.imba.com/dashboard/) under “Your Membership” and click the “Manage membership” button.
How do I change from monthly payments to annual payments or annual payments to monthly payments?

How do I access the magazine?
Make sure you have chosen the magazine when joining/renewing as the default is “No thank you”. We share the emails of those who choose the magazine with MTB Action once per month, then they add it to their monthly subscription list. It will be in your inbox after a month or two depending on when you joined/renewed.
Where can I change my address?
Addresses can be changed on your personal dashboard (https://www.imba.com/dashboard/) under “Your Profile” and the “Update profile” button.
How can I change my email address?
Email addresses can be updated on your personal dashboard (https://www.imba.com/dashboard/) under “Your Profile” and the “Update profile” button. Please note that this does not change your login email.
How can I switch chapters?
It is not possible to change chapters midway through a membership term as your membership money has already been given to your chosen chapter. It is possible, however, to add an additional membership with a different chapter at any time.
How do I get IMBA socks?
For memberships at or above $50, socks are a premium but must be chosen. It is not automatic. Please check the “Socks” checkbox and choose a sock size on the drop down next to “Socks” when joining/renewing. The default is unchecked.
